Three artists create a series of curves,
Photographer Hiroko Matsubara finds soft curves in the human body. The rise of the internal framework of bones silently covered with skin reflects the landscape beyond the human body, as though it is meadow blown by the wind, or perhaps weathered stone. Together with Kim Junsu, who was selected as a finalist in the LOEWE Foundation's Craft Prize 2022, he uses the leather that has left behind it a single life and assembles it in a creative way to form a new life as a resilient object. Last but not least, Lætitia Jacquetton's blown glass flowing down rock. The glass that nestles against the rock, which has acquired its present form over a vast period of time, full of life, as if they are cut out from a riverside scene. It rests there as though it is only waiting to start flowing again.
Flowing, echoing, and chained curves. A dialogue of life played by the three artists.
